1、 General Provisions
1. Engineering construction should comply with the following procedures and requirements: ① Foundation pit drainage: An open ditch drainage or well point drainage system should be set up to drain the accumulated water in the foundation pit. ② Foundation treatment: When the bearing capacity of the foundation pit is less than the design requirements, foundation treatment must be carried out The masonry of irrigation valve wells should comply with the current "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Masonry Engineering", "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Reinforced Concrete Engineering", "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Underground Waterproofing Engineering" and other regulatory requirements Backfilling: After the masonry is completed, it should be backfilled after the masonry mortar or concrete has solidified to the design strength; The backfill soil should be dry and wet, compacted in layers, and tightly in contact with the masonry.
2. During the construction process, construction records should be kept. For concealed works; The 'Hidden Engineering Record' must be filled out; Only after passing the acceptance inspection can we proceed to the next construction process; Only after the completion of all construction projects can we proceed to the next stage of construction.
3. The excavation of trenches and pipe trenches for pipeline construction (1) shall comply with the following requirements: ① Excavation shall be carried out according to the construction layout centerline and the marked trench bottom design elevation, and shall not be carried out below the trench bottom design elevation. If there is local over excavation, the same soil should be filled and compacted to a density close to natural density. The width of the trench bottom should be determined according to the diameter, material, and construction conditions of the pipeline When the trench passes through areas such as rocks and pebbles that are prone to damage the pipeline, the bottom of the trench should be excavated at least 15 centimeters and backfilled with sand or fine soil to the design elevation The pipe interface groove should meet the design requirements The backfilling of pipe trenches should meet the following requirements: ① After the installation of pipes and fittings is completed; The filling should be positioned and backfilled as soon as possible after passing the pressure test Before backfilling, all debris and accumulated water in the trench should be removed completely Backfilling must be carried out simultaneously on both sides of the pipeline, and it is strictly prohibited to backfill on one side. The backfill should be compacted layer by layer UPVC pipes should be backfilled when the ground and underground temperatures are close; There should be no stones with a diameter greater than 2.5 centimeters or soil blocks with a diameter greater than 5 centimeters when filling the soil around the pipe. When backfilling semi soft plastic pipes, the pipes should also be filled with water, and the backfill soil can be filled with water.
2、 Equipment installation
1. The installation of irrigation system equipment should meet the following conditions: ⑴ The installation personnel have already understood the equipment performance and are familiar with the installation requirements. ⑵ The tools and materials for installation are fully prepared, and the equipment used for installation has been inspected and found to be safe and reliable The civil engineering related to equipment installation has been accepted and qualified The equipment to be installed has been verified as correct according to the design, passed the inspection, and has been cleaned internally without any debris.
2. Equipment inspection should be carried out according to the following requirements: (1) The equipment, specifications, materials, models, and connection dimensions should be checked according to design requirements, and appearance quality inspection should be conducted. (2) The pipes and fittings should be randomly inspected, and the number of samples should not be less than 3. If the sampling is not qualified, double the number of unqualified items should be retested. If there is still one unqualified item in the retest result, the entire batch will be considered unqualified The instruments, meters, and measuring tools used for inspection all have inspection certificates from the metrology department Inspection records should be archived.
3. The installation of buried pipelines should meet the following requirements: (1) Wooden pads, brick pads, or other pads should not be used for pipeline installation, and they should not be installed on frozen soil foundations. (2) Pipeline installation should be carried out from low to high, starting with the main pipe and then the branch pipe When lifting pipelines, they must not collide with the walls or bottom of the trench When installing pipelines, the accumulated water in the trench should be drained, and the bottom of the pipe should be in close contact with the pipe foundation Fragile pipes and UPVC pipes crossing highways or railways should be protected with sleeves or culverts.
When installing valves and fittings with flanges, the flanges should be kept coaxial and parallel to ensure that the bolts can freely penetrate, and the use of strong tightening bolts is not allowed to eliminate skewness.
5. When the pipeline installation is carried out in stages or interrupted due to reasons, the opening should be sealed with a plug.
During the equipment installation process, quality checks should be conducted at all times, and correct or miscellaneous items should not be left in the equipment.
7. The bonding connection of UPVC pipes should meet the following requirements: (1) Before bonding: ① Select a suitable adhesive according to the design requirements. ② According to the requirements of bonding technology, pre process and pretreat pipes or fittings According to the requirements of the bonding process, check the fit gap and clean and roughen the joint Adhesive ① The axis of the pipe should be aligned, and the clearance between the four sides should be equal. ② The length of adhesive application should conform to the design fixation The adhesive should be applied evenly, and the gaps should be filled with adhesive with a small amount of extrusion After station connection: ① The pipeline should not shift before solidification. ② Quality inspection should be conducted before use.
8. UPVC pipe flanging connection should meet the following requirements: ⑴ Before flanging: ① Before flanging, the pipe end should be sawn straight, filed flat, cleaned, and dried. ② The flange should be perpendicular to the centerline of the pipe and the size should meet the design requirements The front and back sides of the flange should be flat and able to ensure free loading and unloading of the flange and bolts or quick connectors The connection between the root of the flange and the pipe should be fused well, without defects such as slag inclusion or perforation; Flying edges and burrs should be removed The sealing ring should be concentric with the pipe When tightening flange bolts, the torque should meet the standard, and the stress on each bolt should be uniform After connection: ① The flange should be placed in the joint pit. ② The centerline of the pipeline should be straight, and the bottom of the pipe should fit well with the bottom of the groove.
9. The UPVC pipe sleeve connection should meet the following requirements: (1) Before connection: ① The fitting clearance should meet the design and installation requirements. ② The sealing ring should be installed into the sealing groove of the sleeve and should not be twisted or skewed Connection: ① The depth of the pipe inserted into the sleeve should meet the design requirements. ② When installation is difficult, soap water or talcum powder can be used as lubricants; It can be installed with a wire tensioner or lightly tapped into every wooden block After connection: The sealing ring must not be displaced, twisted, or skewed.
10. The hot melt docking of plastic pipes should meet the following requirements: (1) Before docking: ① The material, diameter, and wall thickness of the hot melt docking pipes should be the same. ② Pre process the pipes according to the requirements of hot melt docking, and remove impurities and dirt from the pipe ends Heat the pipe end at the design temperature until it is fully heated without burning; The heating plate should be clean, flat, and smooth Docking: ① The extraction of the heating plate and the closure of the two tubes should be rapid, and the end faces of the two tubes should be completely aligned; The resin should be evenly extruded around. ② Keep clean during cooling. Natural cooling should prevent dust from entering; Water cooling should maintain clean water quality After docking: ① The two ends of the pipes should be firmly welded and sampled at a rate of 10%. ② If the two ends are not aligned, they should be cut open and reworked for docking The pipeline should not shift before complete cooling.
11. Installation of branch and vertical pipes (1) The connection between branch and vertical pipes should be sealed reliably. (2) Vertical pipe installation should be vertical and stable.
3、 Pipeline hydrostatic test
(1) General provisions
During the construction and installation period, segmented water pressure tests should be conducted on the pipelines. After the construction and installation are completed, a water pressure test should be conducted on the pipeline network. After the experiment is completed, a water pressure report should be prepared. For smaller projects, segmented hydrostatic testing may not be necessary.
2. A 0.35 or 0.4 level standard pressure gauge should be used for hydrostatic testing. The tested pipeline network should be equipped with a pressure regulating device.
Before the hydrostatic test, the following preparations should be made: (1) Check the equipment condition of the entire pipeline network; The valve should be flexible in opening and closing, and the opening should meet the requirements; The exhaust and intake devices should be unobstructed Check the positioning of the buried pipeline filling, the pipeline should be fixed, and the joints should be exposed and the water seepage situation can be observed clearly Water flushing pipeline and accessories: Continuously flush according to the designed flow rate of the pipeline until the color and transparency of the outlet water are visually consistent with the inlet.
(2) Water pressure resistance test
The length of pipeline testing should not exceed 1000 meters.
After the pipeline is filled with water, the metal pipeline and UPVC pipeline can undergo a water pressure test after 24 hours.
3. The experiment should be conducted at an environmental temperature of 5 ℃ or above, otherwise freezing measures should be taken.
4. The test pressure should not be less than 1.25 times the system design pressure.
5. During the test, the pressure should be increased slowly. After reaching the test pressure, hold the pressure for 10 minutes. If there is no leakage or deformation, it is considered qualified.
4、 Engineering acceptance
1. Acceptance criteria for irrigation projects: (1) After the expiration of the defect liability period, the irrigation system shall operate normally without any running, emitting, dripping, or leaking phenomena. (2) The plant grows normally without any uneven drought or flood The pipeline is free from loss, damage, or blockage The surface soil buried in the entire system has no settlement or subsidence.
2. The concealed works of the irrigation system must be inspected and accepted during the construction period, and only after passing the inspection can the next process be carried out The basic dimensions and elevation of the pipeline network, the position and depth of embedded iron parts and anchor bolts, as well as the position and size of holes, openings, trenches, settlement joints, expansion joints, etc. should be checked to ensure that they meet the design requirements; Whether the depth, bottom width, slope direction, foundation treatment, construction and installation quality of buried pipelines meet the design requirements and the provisions of this specification. And a hydrostatic test should be conducted on the pipeline After the concealed engineering inspection is qualified, there should be a visa and acceptance report.
3. Completion acceptance (1) should review whether the technical documents are complete and correct. (2) Civil engineering should be checked for compliance with design requirements and the provisions of this specification It is necessary to check whether the equipment selection is reasonable, whether the installation quality meets the requirements of this specification, and conduct start-up tests on the electromechanical equipment A full system trial run should be conducted, and various technologies should be tested After the completion acceptance is completed, a completion acceptance report should be prepared.
